At Mohand Trade Store, your satisfaction is our priority.


To ensure a comfortable and secure shopping experience, we clarify below the terms and conditions for exchange and return:


1. Timeframe and Shipping Costs:

  • You are eligible to exchange or return your order within 14 days only from the date of receipt.
  • Shipping for the return or exchange process is free for the first time.
  • In case of repeating the return or exchange process (for the second time), the customer bears the shipping costs.

2. Eligible and Non-Eligible Products for Exchange:

• Accessories.
• Medical and Sunglasses (Frames only).

(Note: This applies provided that no custom prescription lenses have been added to the glasses, nor any additions such as blue light protection).		 • Contact Lenses (medical or cosmetic) and contact lens solutions (for health reasons).
• Custom Prescription Lenses (manufactured and installed inside the frame).

(Exceptions apply: Contact lenses are returnable only if the box has not been opened, or in case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order by Mohand Store).

3. Conditions for Return and Exchange:

  • All returned items must be in brand new condition and unused.
  • All original commercial tags and labels must be attached to the product.
  • The product can be exchanged for another item of the same value or a higher value (with payment of the price difference).
  • It is permitted to exchange one item for multiple items, provided the difference is paid if applicable.

Once we receive the products, our specialized team will review them to ensure compliance with Mohand Store's policy. We will respond to you and inform you of the decision within 2 to 5 business days.


5. Refund Duration: After the return is approved and the product's safety is verified, the refunded amount will be transferred back to the same payment card used for the original purchase.

  • The bank refund process takes between 7 to 14 days at most (excluding official holidays and weekends).

6. Unclaimed Shipments: If the order has been shipped and not received by the customer for any reason, and the shipment is returned to the store; the shipping fees (forward and return shipping costs) will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
