Shipping Policy

2. Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days.
• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Mohand Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party courier issues.

3. Shipping Costs

• UK Standard Delivery: Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
• UK Express Delivery: Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
• International Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

4. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package, or refusal to pay customs duties (for international orders), we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the original shipping and the return shipping fees from any refund issued.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages Mohand Store is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier. Please contact the courier directly if you believe your package has been lost.

6. Import Duties and Taxes (International Only) For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your destination country. Mohand Store does not collect these duties and you are responsible for paying them.
